Thomas M. Paper is the Managing Partner of Webster Pacific LLC, which was formed in early 2004. His background includes: a) President of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company, a manufacturer of bolts & forgings for the railroads, b) President of Premier Roasters, a manufacturer of private label roast & ground coffee for the major grocers in North America, c) CFO of Mendocino Forest Products, a fully-integrated manufacturer and supplier of forest products to Home Depot, d) multiple years of consulting experience, including work for Bain & Company and industry experience in agribusiness, OTC drugs, publishing, nutraceuticals, internet radio and janitorial equipment. He currently sits on the boards of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company and Mendocino Forest Products. Susan Beans is a Partner of Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to joining Webster Pacific she was the Chief Financial Officer for TRADE, Inc. in San Mateo for 5 years and has acted as a part-time CFO for several other Bay Area companies. Prior to becoming a CFO, Ms. Beans spent four years as a consultant for Bain & Company and did extensive work in customer research, market analysis and cost reduction in a wide variety of industries. Ms. Beans began her career in the auditing group at Price Waterhouse where she earned her CPA. Stasia Obremskey is a Financial Consultant for Webster Pacific LLC. Stasia has over twenty years of experience providing financial and strategic planning consulting to health care entities in the U.S. and Asia. She began her consulting career as a management consultant with Bain & Company. Previously, she worked in investment banking for Morgan Stanley & Co. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. In addition to her consulting work, she has extensive experience as a member of several non-profit boards where she has held a number of leadership positions.

Dana Meade is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Most recently, Dana was Chief Operating Officer of GreatSchools.org, the country’s leading source of information on school performance. As COO, she was responsible for managing all day-to-day operations, providing the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that GreatSchools had the proper people, processes and culture in place to realize its mission and ensure financial strength. Prior to that she was General Manager at Zoomerang.com, a self-serve online survey product, growing the business from a $1.5 million to $22 million run rate. She was a consultant for the first part of her career at Accenture and Arthur Andersen before moving on to online product development. Dana received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois, an M.S. in Environmental Engineering at Stanford University, and an M.B.A. at the University of California at Berkeley. dana@websterpacific.com

Cristel de Rouvray is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to joining Webster Pacific Ms. De Rouvray spent 5 years at College Track (www.collegetrack.org), a national non-profit organization where she built the organization's evaluation and reporting processes, partnering with Salesforce.com Foundation and Acumen Solutions to design an affordable and flexible infrastructure. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate, Ms. De Rouvray received her B.A. in Economics and M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford University. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she also taught Economics and Economic History. In 2000, she was a Fulbright scholar to Morocco, where she studied the life, works and travels of Leo Africanus, a 16th century historian and explorer. Haryanto Tanjo is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Mr. Tanjo graduated from the University of California Berkeley in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. While pursuing his degree, Mr. Tanjo worked for Bayer Healthcare Inc. as a manufacturing engineer. Mr. Tanjo specializes in operational improvements and has led a project with Cisco Systems Inc. to improve its manufacturing operations and supply chain management. Palak Shah is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Ms. Shah graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Global Poverty and Practice. During her undergraduate studies, she traveled to Ghana where she worked in marketing and communications with the country’s national policymaking body on HIV/AIDS, the Ghana AIDS Commission. She also has experience in fundraising and development work both in the public and non-profit sectors. Daniel Saniski is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature, and a minor in Technical Writing. He graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 2006 with a Master of Library and Information Science specializing in Digital Libraries. In addition to his work at Webster Pacific LLC, Daniel volunteers at the Lavender Library, Archives, and Cultural Exchange in Sacramento. Prior to joining the Webster Pacific team Daniel worked as a Database Administrator for a travel agency outside Philadelphia and as a freelance Information Designer for a number of clients both corporate and academic. daniel@websterpacific.com
