Thomas M. Paper
is the Managing Partner of Webster Pacific LLC, which was formed in early 2004. His background includes: a) President of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company, a manufacturer of bolts & forgings for the railroads, b) President of Premier Roasters, a manufacturer of private label roast & ground coffee for the major grocers in North America, c) CFO of Mendocino Forest Products, a fully-integrated manufacturer and supplier of forest products to Home Depot, d) multiple years of consulting experience, including work for Bain & Company and industry experience in agribusiness, OTC drugs, publishing, nutraceuticals, internet radio and janitorial equipment. He currently sits on the boards of Lewis Bolt & Nut Company and Mendocino Forest Products. Mr. Paper received his undergraduate degree from Williams College and his MBA from Stanford University.
is a Partner of Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to joining Webster Pacific she was the Chief Financial Officer for TRADE, Inc. in San Mateo for 5 years and has acted as a part-time CFO for several other Bay Area companies. Prior to becoming a CFO, Ms. Beans spent four years as a consultant for Bain & Company and did extensive work in customer research, market analysis and cost reduction in a wide variety of industries. Ms. Beans began her career in the auditing group at Price Waterhouse where she earned her CPA. Ms. Beans earned a BS in Business Administration from UC Berkeley and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC and has been with the company since 2010. He designs, builds, and maintains business intelligence systems and reporting environments for Webster Pacific as well as guiding the construction and maintenance of Data360.org. He graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in English, a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature, and a minor in Technical Writing. He graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in 2006 with a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) specializing in Digital Libraries. Prior to joining the Webster Pacific team Daniel worked as a database administrator and an information designer.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Steve earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts. He served as an intern in the United States Senate for Senator Mark Kirk, where he attended hearings and contributed writing to the senator’s foreign policy. While at the University of Massachusetts, he worked as a teacher’s assistant and supplementary instructor for Calculus and Fluid Mechanics. At Webster Pacific, Steve performs research and data analysis for a multitude of clients.
Ames is an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. He graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in the History of Science and a minor in Economics. He is an alumnus of Teach For America and taught middle school life science while piloting a technology-driven, personalized-learning instructional model at a charter school in Newark, NJ. He has also served as a New Sector Alliance fellow for nonprofit management and holds a Masters in Teaching from the Relay Graduate School of Education.
Palak is a consultant focused on strategic planning, financial modeling and data analysis, particularly for social justice and mission-driven organizations. Palak was previously an Education Pioneers Analyst Fellow and a Strategy Analyst with Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) where she worked with senior leadership to develop and implement major initiatives such as the 2015-2020 Strategic Plan, Linked Learning, and the Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP). Prior to working at OUSD, she was an Associate Consultant with Webster Pacific. Palak holds a BA in Economics and a minor in Global Poverty and Practice from the University of California, Berkeley.
William Blomstedt earned a B.A. in Geography modified with Biology (Dartmouth College, 2008) and a M.Sc. in Geographical Information Science (University of Edinburgh, 2014). He has been employed in a variety of fields including an elephant conservation project in Kenya, a grizzly bear population study in Montana, and has worked with honey bees and beekeepers on 5 continents. In 2010 he was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study the historical records of honey bee nectar flows in Slovenia.
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Su-Moon Paik has extensive experience in business development, strategic planning and consulting. She has held leadership positions in both for profit and non-profit organizations, including extensive work with educational and social services boards. Su-Moon holds an MBA from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College.
Cristel de Rouvray
is a Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. Prior to joining Webster Pacific Ms. De Rouvray spent 5 years at College Track (www.collegetrack.org), a national non-profit organization where she built the organization’s evaluation and reporting processes, partnering with Salesforce.com Foundation and Acumen Solutions to design an affordable and flexible infrastructure. A Phi Beta Kappa graduate, Ms. De Rouvray received her B.A. in Economics and M.A. in International Policy Studies from Stanford University. She holds a Ph.D. in economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where she also taught Economics and Economic History. In 2000, she was a Fulbright scholar to Morocco, where she studied the life, works and travels of Leo Africanus, a 16th century historian and explorer. Ms. De Rouvray also serves on the board of directors of ESI Group, France’s 8th largest software company.
has over 20 years of consulting and operational experience creating and implementing growth strategies for technology and services companies. In her previous consulting experience at McKinsey & Co., Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), and as an independent consultant, Susheela specialized in strategy and implementation projects focused on emerging markets, serving clients such as Hewlett-Packard, Pacific Bell, American Express, and Wells Fargo. Susheela’s operating experience includes executive roles at start-up companies. She is owner of GiftLit.com, an online retailer of book-of-the-month gifts. She also led product marketing for 3DO, a multimedia company funded by Electronic Arts, Matsushita, MCA, Time Warner, AT&T and Kleiner Perkins. Susheela holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering,summa cum laude from Cornell University.
has 16 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, accounting, business development and consulting. Ryan’s experience includes positions as a CFO and Controller for both private and public companies. He has been in leadership positions as these companies experienced rapid revenue growth and has a broad range of experience, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, financing strategies, strategic planning and real estate investments. Ryan is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also a Real Estate Broker licensed by the California Department of Real Estate and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Ryan earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from California State University, Sacramento.
is a Financial Consultant for Webster Pacific LLC. Stasia has over twenty years of experience providing financial and strategic planning consulting to health care entities in the U.S. and Asia. She began her consulting career as a management consultant with Bain & Company. Previously, she worked in investment banking for Morgan Stanley & Co. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance, from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. In addition to her consulting work, she has extensive experience as a member of several non-profit boards where she has held a number of leadership positions.
Richard F. Boland, Jr.
is a Financial Consultant with Webster Pacific LLC. His background includes: a) Founder and CEO of e-Radio, USA, Inc., an early stage company specializing in radio datacasting solutions, b) President of TBC Group, Inc., a financial management consulting firm,c) COO and CFO of Gazette Printing Company, a commercial printer and community newspaper company, d) Vice President of Finance for American Urban Radio Networks, a radio broadcasting network, e) CFO of Albimar Communications, Inc., an owner and operator of radio stations. Mr. Boland also has a background in commercial banking and turnaround and interim CFO consulting experience. His industry experience includes manufacturing, metals processing,media and communications, transportation and logistics and specialized food products. He currently sits on the boards of Powerplant Maintenance Specialists, e-Radio USA and SRB Productions. Mr. Boland received his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College and his MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
